CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

Niya Hamilton Consultancy LLC and its “dba” doing business as Hamilton Luxe, requires a General Consultation or Discovery Consultation prior to booking any service(s) under Niya Hamilton Consultancy LLC; and prior to booking any Interior Decorating, Staging, or Event Coordination services under Hamilton Luxe.

Niya Hamilton Consultancy LLC does not offer refunds for General nor Discovery Consultations. If you have scheduled a consultation which you no longer can keep, you have two choices:

  • Reschedule your General or Discovery Consultation within 48 hours up to 15 days out from the original date and time. You will select your new date and time from the available slots offered, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • If you cannot reschedule your General or Discovery Consultation within 15 days out from the original date, you will forfeit your consultation without a rescheduled date and time. NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Services may not be purchased without scheduling one of the consultations offered at Niya Hamilton Consultancy LLC or its “dba” Hamilton Luxe. Consultations discuss project scope of work and expectations, deadlines and extensions, turnaround for deliverables, and other pertinent details before entering an agreement/contract.

PLEASE NOTE: Once cancellation notice is received, services will stop immediately, OR within a 24-hour timeframe.

Cancellation of Retainer Agreements slated for 90 days of service are NONREFUNDABLE. You must still submit your written cancellation via letter or email.

Cancellation of Niya Hamilton Consultancy LLC and its “dba” Hamilton Luxe are stated within your Service Agreement. Please read your agreement.

Cancellation of Monthly Subscription Services must be provided in written form via letter or email notification 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Your service will be canceled immediately to avoid the following months’ charge.

Cancellation of 30-day Service Agreements (30-day period of services) must be canceled within the first 10 days to receive a partial refund of 50%.

Cancellation of Events/Workshops must be submitted via written letter or email within 15 days of scheduling the initial event/workshop date. Customers have two choices:

  • Reschedule your Event/Workshop 30 days out from the initial date of the event/workshop, or
  • Forfeit your Event/Workshop without a rescheduled date and time, and receive a partial refund of 70%.

Digital Download Products are NONREFUNDABLE. If you are experiencing technical difficulty downloading digital products, please reach out directly so your product(s) can be emailed to you. Contact niya@nhconsultancyllc.com.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Niya Hamilton Consultancy LLC reserves the right to protect its content as intellectual property, and therefore does not allow content sharing from any of its platforms passed off as ones’ own. If it is found that another business has copied and affixed another brand to its content or shared of its content, products, or the likeness thereof, legal pursuits will apply.

CONTENT SHARING

Permission to share content can be arranged either by 1) via Paid Partnership agreement, and or by 2) free word-of-mouth promotion with all logos and identity of Niya Hamilton Consultancy LLC visibly in tact.

PAYMENT POLICY

All consultations, services, and products can be purchased online as intended with one-time payments or installment payments. Those customers who wish to make payment arrangements may do so during their paid consultation prior to entering their service contracts/agreements.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your contact information will never be shared nor sold to a third party. All service agreements include a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) or Mutual NDA that will be required and enforced. All parties must sign NDAs before any pertinent information is shared electronically or verbally communicated.
